Great property and great property managers!

This was a well kept property in a convenient location. The property managers were great, they checked in to see if we needed anything and were always super helpful if we had questions. Very nice and safe location was a plus!

The property was nice. What I liked the most about this property was the owner. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He worked with me when I was still looking for a house to rent here in Des Moines, IA. I would go rent from him again.

Wonderful

This was a perfect set up for a travel nurse. It was freshly renovated, the owners were very responsive and respectful. They had everything you would need to set up home for your assignment. The owners checked in on you via text message to see if you had any needs. Water pressure was awesome! Felt safe!

Great place to Live

Property is in a very safe neighborhood. Never had any issues with the neighbors. The property is very modern with updated appliances. Washer and dryer in the basement was a huge plus. Landlord was very quick to respond to any issues. Never had to buy cooking or eating utensils as property came well equipped. Was very close to all the major hospitals as well as grocery stores. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay.
