Carriage House
I had the best experience staying at the Carriage House! The host was very communicative and responsive! Lynn is the best!! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. It was truly a home away from home. The place is clean, spacious, and private. It comes with a nice sized garage and a cute patio/outdoor area. It had everything I needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!
The property and host are both wonderful. I loved the area and had an easy time getting into downtown Medford. The carriage house was clean, had everything I could have needed, and I had a relaxing and wonderful stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

The Perfect Rental!
We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for me and my husbandsuper comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. I love to cook, and the kitchen had plenty of room for us to make just about anything. I also work from home, and the WiFi was solid and reliable the whole time. The location was greatcentral to everything. We could walk to the grocery store, downtown, and other local spots. We stayed for almost 9 months and never once felt cramped. We even hosted a few small get-togethers with friends, and the patio and garage space were such a bonus! Lynn was truly the best landlordso kind, responsive, and made us feel completely at home from day one. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming home away from home!

Very cute & spacious cottage with the sweetest host who truly takes the time to ensure a comfortable stay. Equipped with everything needed for a short or long term stay. There are sky lights in the main area which is not exactly ideal for nightshift workers, but was not a huge issue for me. The unit shares a property with the host who is very responsive but not invasive, which made me feel secure but also respectful of privacy. There's a large outdoor patio and garage, but not a lot of indoor storage. Perfect for 1-2 guests traveling light. I had 0 complaints, would highly recommend.

- Landloard are kind and very respectful - The property is clean, has everything you need in it and even a large garage which was amazing - 10 min drive to Asante - Outdoor sitting area -Clean, comfy and cozy - The outside is in the works of being renovated but didn't bother me - I would stay here again!
