Solid Place with all necessities
You have your own private furnished bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Bedroom also has a TV. Ample kitchen and fridge space for your food. Bren is a nice active roomate who will fit with any working professional. Easy to talk to whenever and accommodating with anything. Parking is finding any guest space throughout the complex.

Great place! A+
This is a great place to stay. Its on a hill on a quiet street overlooking the ocean. A 2 min drive down the hill and youre in Bird Rock and Pacific Beach for plenty of entertainment. B is a great house mate and makes things very easy. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
