Ideal Stay

Had an excellent three month stay here in Redding! The place has everything you'd need, from full kitchen to washer/dryer, huge smart TV, and a second bedroom. Very close to Shasta Regional and Mercy hospitals, approximately 5 minutes drive. The host is super responsive, helpful, and accommodating with everything and anything needed. Would recommend!

Excellent Redding studio

Perfect furnished studio with everything needed! I lived here for 5 weeks as a student on clinical rotations with no complaints. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. Great location, walking distance from downtown Redding & a quick drive to everywhere else. Felt safe and secure traveling/living alone here. Only thing to be aware of is the close proximity of the railroad and frequent train passings if you're sensitive to noise or need to sleep during the day.

Great Redding stay!

Gabriel was a very responsive host, very helpful and kind. This location is perfect for either hospital, and walking distance from most of downtown. The studio has everything you would need, a nice bathroom, laundry, closet and kitchen. There's great natural light from the windows / private yard, and you have your own driveway with gated entry to the home. AC and everything is great. The only downside from my perspective would be that the oven is not full size , so any baking need to be on a small pan, and if you are sensitive to night time noise, there's an occasional middle - of - the -night- train near by! Overall I would highly recommend and stay again!

Great place!

Great place to live! It was clean, move in ready and had everything I needed for my stay. I love that I had a stove with my own washer/dryer plus other amenities. Everything worked with no complaints. I love the fence in yard and had my own parking spot. Its a 5 min drive to Mercy Medical and Shasta Medical. 10 min drive to stores and restaurants. The landlord is kind, responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again if I get another contract here!

Great, comfortable home

As a travel therapy duo, this was a great home for my partner and I. Gabe is a good landlord, honest, kind, available, and quick to communicate/respond. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. Pros: Just a couple of blocks from a small neighborhood bar, walking distance to a juice shop, coffee spot, and pottery studio. Spacious home, updated appliances, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge. Tons of storage. Friendly neighbors. Comfortable beds and reclining sofa. Kitchen is well appointed. Very convenient location to local hospitals and everything downtown. Cons: an up-and-coming neighborhood/area. As a female, I felt safe going for walks during daylight but there can be a lot of foot traffic through the neighborhood during the evening. If you have 2 people, you can't run any other water while taking a shower or you will freeze (not a big deal, but worth mentioning).

Great property

Great property. Well-maintained, clean, more than enough amenities, and very attentive and helpful landlord. Couldnt recommend enough. Would definitely stay here again if life brought me back to Redding

Bright and Clean

This place was perfect for what I needed. It is just a few minutes from the hospital, the people that own it are awesome and helpful at answering questions. The property is clean and really well taken care of. The windows let in lots of natural light, while still maintaining privacy. I loved the washer and dryer in the unit. I felt very comfortable here.

True Oasis in Redding

This is a gorgeous, peaceful, clean, and wonderful place to stay. I'm a travel RN and this place had everything I needed! This studio is also centrally located --- close to downtown, hospitals, grocery stores, gym, and churches. The landlords/owners are amazing, considerate, and respectful. I highly recommend staying here! If I'm ever in the area again and needs a place to stay for a short while, I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
