The Cozy Modern Midtown Bungalow

The living room is complete with a home theater in a relaxing setup, and the dimmable lights allow you to set the tone for however you wish to relax.

The entryway leads you from the living room into the dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

The dining room opens up to a vibrant world of color, texture, music, and art.

The kitchen is complete with large refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

At the back of the kitchen is another workspace, as well as an iMac configured with a guest account (Note: this photo is out of date and this area is now a reading/coffee nook).

The master bedroom with a connected private bath room, as well as french doors that open out to the backyard.

Update: The windows have a removable blackout covering and the french doors have a soft blackout curtain).

The second room in the house serves as an office / guest bedroom complete with two desks (one sit, one adjustable standing). An inflatable queen mattress is available if needed.

The front bathroom receives a warm, diffused glow in the mornings. This bathroom is complete with a soaking tub and shower, as well as a full-sized stackable washer/dryer.

The master bathroom features a dual vanity, complete with power outlets on both sides to charge your toothbrush or power the supplied hair dryer.

The shower in the master bathroom (complete with a variety of soaps, as well as supplied shampoos) features an adjustable hand wand alongside a waterfall shower head.

And to top the night off, take advantage of the stocked bar cart to help you craft your favorite post-dinner beverages.

After dinner, ease into the evening with your choice of analog or digital audio accompaniments.

Take a breather and relax in the backyard. You'll be supplied with a fresh propane tank so you can grill up your favorite meals under the beautiful Tulsa skies.

Note: The backyard is undergoing renovation and a new deck is being planned out for guests staying in 2026.

Cozy Midtown Bungalow

I have nothing but positive things to say about both S and his place! It is VERY convenient to not only hospital(s) in the area but shopping and restaurants as well. The house was clean and well outfitted with everything I needed for a long term stay. S is the most attentive host often checking to ensure I had the best stay possible. Dont hesitate to stay here.

Great house, great host, great location!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 1/2 months and loved it! The house itself is great - full of character and charm, just the right size. The bed is comfy, as is the living room furniture. The hardwood floors are wonderful, adding to the charm of the house. The kitchen is completely stocked and appliances are top notch (the gas stove is a cooks dream). The bathrooms have been updated and have endless hot water, the tub in the front bath is deep and wonderful for soaking after a long day. The house is equipped with every type of technology, charger, accessory and gadget imaginable. If you're techy you are set. S*** is a great host. He has the house supplied with everything you need and even things you didn't realize you needed! If there is ever an issue he communicates well and is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is fantastic. The house is an easy walk to Cherry Street with all its restaurants and shops, which is a bonus!

Absolutely LOVED my stay!

I got to call this adorable Tulsa bungalow home for a month, and it truly did feel like HOME. A super comfortable bed, a functional kitchen (which I got to cook in quite a bit), and amazing outdoor spaces filled with thoughtful touches (like a fire pit out back and front porch seating) made the experience amazing. And when I didnt want a relaxing and quiet night at home, the central location of this home couldnt be beat! It was great being able to drive to downtown in six minutes or to walk to the many restaurants on Cherry Street in under 10. Also, it was pretty warm then I stayed there, and the fact the house stayed cool and comfortable was pretty important! Ill definitely look to stay here again when Im looking for a place in Tulsa!
