Charming Desert Gem!

Were spending 3 months at this charming, well-organized three bedroom home in east Mesa. Because its located in a 55+ active adult community we are loving the access to activities and two beautiful pools and hot tubs. We even have use of a golf cart to drive to the fitness center or to the golf club cafe for a burger! Weve made use of the covered patio in front of the house and the sunny patio (with automatic awning to extend or retract) in the back. The AZ room (enclosed sunroom/porch) is our favorite spot in the mornings and evenings. The two bathrooms have brand new glass-enclosed showers and the three bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living area is open concept and well-stocked. We are close to groceries, many restaurants, and various East Valley venues and activities. S, the homeowner, is responsive and very easy to work with. This rental is a gem - and we will definitely return!
