Completely Renovated House Near Hospitals with Covered Parking

Great Stay!

Very nice stay! Felt comfortable and safe. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! I had everything I needed inside the home and Todd was very nice. He made sure everything was in order. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A Home Away From Home

This apartment was everything I needed for my 3 month stay in Lafayette! It had W&D, and all the kitchen & bathroom items you would need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Beautifully decorated, with an amazing and comfortable king sized bed! It is located in a great and SAFE area, about 10-12 mins away from the mall, shops, restaurants, etc. I never felt unsafe when I was there. In addition, Mr. T(the property owner) was so nice! He is the epitome of southern hospitality and made sure I was comfortable and would check in to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 would recommend!!

Pleasant Stay

SAFE. One of my major concerns was to find a place where I felt safe. This completely fit the bill. The property has everything I needed to feel like I had a home away from home including W&D, and kitchen access, very comfortable. I would definitely rent this property again and the owners were really easy to work with and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.
