Downey Gem

I spent two months in this beautiful 2-bed, 1-bath unit and had a flawless experience. The space is modernized, very clean, and features a great kitchen and in-unit laundry. The neighborhood is peaceful with easy parking. The hosts are wonderful, honest people who ensure you have everything you need (even extra baking supplies!). I would absolutely stay here again.

BEST place to stay in the city of Downey

We leased the property for our employees visiting from the corporate office. The Landlord was accommodating and made us feel very welcomed and safe. If we needed extra blankets or a kitchen item, he had the items readily available. Each bedroom door has its own electronic keyless door lock. Privacy was respected. The exterior of the property has security cameras and there is ample parking on the street for your car. For those who appreciate a peaceful environment, you will welcome the quiet neighborhood. Cleanliness is valued. The unit was deep cleaned once a month. The Landlord went out of his way to keep the unit in great condition!The location couldn't have been better; centrally located yet tucked away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Downey

I really enjoyed my stay here. B and his family were more than accommodating to me and my needs. When I was away, they were able to move my car during the sweep days which was amazing. Any issues I had, he was able to assist in a timely manner. The only issue I had were bugs. When it gets warm outside its very easy for bugs to get in there, so just keep bug spray handy. Besides that, I would recommend staying here! Its great for travelers!

Super clean and brand new.

This place is a brand new construction in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Owners are nice and welcoming. There is parking available right at the front door, so not a long walk. Close to a nice promenade with much to do. Definitely would recommend two thumb up
