Amazing Location, Adorable Flat

Incredible hosts Sharon and her husband were so easy to communicate with and were always looking out for my best interests. If youre visiting SD for a short amount of time, I highly recommend Little Italy. Very easy to walk, take the trolley, or bike around. The flat was kept extremely clean& had everything I needed for a short stay. Clean sheets, hangers, dishes, towels, and etc items to take to the beach! Checkin/ check out process was smooth and easy. Best airbnb/ Furnished Finders experience Ive had!

2 Month Stay!! Serene and a Dream!

I stayed at Paul and Sharon's Little Italy property and it was absolutely fantastic. The area is very walkable, quiet, and though its seemingly quaint there's always something to do in the LI area. There's also an amazing farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday. Commuting was very easy by trolley or just walking to nearby places. Aside from the nearby amenities, Sharon was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries (there were few on my end). She also reached out to check in to see if I needed anything or to let me know if something with building maintenance was scheduled, or an upcoming race/marathon in the area that would cause a bit of traffic/commotion. If you're looking for a great spot with great landlords, I highly recommend this place! I can't wait to return!

Highly Recommended Rental Property

Communication with Sharon and Paul was easy and straightforward, from start to finish. They went above and beyond in furnishing the apartment and making me feel right at home when I arrived. The apartment is impeccable, well-appointed and pristine. Frankly, it is the nicest place I have ever lived. The experience was well worth the value. As for the location... the three months I stayed was not enough! There were always new things to discover and do. I loved Little Italy and will come back when I can.

Absolutely loved staying here! Very easy access to highway which was great to get to all the different hospitals in the area. Loved little italy and this studio! Will miss the view from the balcony too!

Clean Apt

This is a clean modern apartment in a great location. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Harbor Drive is also within walking distance. Owner is available 24/7.

The photos perfectly display the apartment, which was clean, spacious, and well-decorated! The view from the patio is amazing & all the appliances were functioning perfectly. The building was quiet & well-maintained in a very walkable area. S is responsive & gracious, and has furnished the space above & beyond! She has anticipated all the tenant's needs & is quick to help with any issue that might arise. I'd definitely recommend both the apartment & the host!

Great place, great hosts

I stayed at S and P's place, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was nice, clean and conveniently located. S and P are both very responsive and accommodating hosts. I would absolutely stay here again. S and P, thanks again for a great stay!

P and S were awesome hosts! Super responsive and accommodating. The condo is in beautiful condition and very spacious with a surprising 1 and a half bath for only being a studio. I lived here for three months while on a travel assignment. The area is close to downtown but far enough that you're away from the congestion, and has really easy access to all the freeways. I would definitely stay again if i'm on another assignment in San Diego.
