Almost an apartment..multi room suite in private home close to 4 major hospital complexes

Beautiful location

I cannot say enough about this location. It is tucked away on a very safe street in Omaha. Your living quarters are located on the lower level that has been completely furnished. You have a small kitchennette that is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven that sits on the counter. There are plenty of dishes and utensils as well. This is where the washer and dryer is located. Your living room is a large area with a sectional and a large screen t v. You also have a dining area in the corner of the living room, equipped with four chairs. You will find in your bedroom a comfortable bed. Sheets and towels provided. Your bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub, plus plenty of storage . The rental is extremely clean. For those of you who work nights, this location is very quiet and dark for your sleeping during the day. J and M are very conscientious of your sleeping schedule and do their very best to keep it quiet.

My daughter stayed her during her internship at Madonna in Omaha. It is a beautiful home and J & M were wonderful to work with. It was close to everything she wanted to do and an easy drive to Madonna. Would highly recommend this property!

The safest and Coziest house in Omaha.

I stayed in this wonderful home for an entire year, it was a delight. J was an absolutely wonderful landlord and easy to rent from. The basement is massive and has everything you need to live comfortably including an entire living space with furniture, a tv, and large windows that let in lots of light. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is an enormous amount of space for anything you would need, including the garage where I kept my bike and golf clubs. The bedroom and bathroom are excellent to relax in there is a large shower and a jacuzzi tub. The entry to the house is virtually private as you pass thru the dining room and down some stairs. The washer and dryer are brand new, along with an air fryer, microwave, grill, toaster, and a small fridge. This is also within walking distance of Methodist and Children's Hospital and only a 5 minute drive to UNMC during early morning and late afternoon commutes.

Amazing place

I stayed in this property for a travel nursing assignment. The owners J and M were amazing. They truly cared and made me feel comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable and safe. The unit is in their basement. I had my own bathroom and living area.It is close to all the main hospitals. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. If I could stay here again I 100% would.
