Highly recommend!!

Im a travel nurse at UCSF mission bay and stayed in this apartment for 3 months and it was amazing!! You are so close to so many great restaurants/bars/shops/etc and also public transportation is right at your front door! Lev made the experience that much better by being the most responsive/attentive landlord I've ever had! The apartment is stocked with everything and anything you could need and if there was anything missing or anything broken, lev would be there to fix it asap or order whatever was needed! Truly made the transition to a new city so much easier! It is a bit loud some nights just because its a busy area but lev has sound machines that help ALOT! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in the city (with garage/safe parking which is so rare to find)!!

Beautiful centrally located apartment with a safe parking garage

Im a travel RN and rented this space for five months. The apartment is spacious with all the furnishing to be comfortable in the city. A very safe attached parking garage in the Mission district. The heated bidet toilet, projector in the living room and security locks with remote access. Its centrally located with easy access to the beach, hikes, airport and public transportation. Also, delicious food options right outside your door. The bonus is L . L is friendly, responsive, flexible and excellent at communicating. L made this one of the best renting experiences. All in all, the apartment exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I am a travel nurse who stayed at this property from 9/2022-1/2023. I was surprised at how large the apartment is for the city. The kitchen is fully furnished and I loved the open floor plan. It was great for hosting friends and watching shows on the large projection screen. I stayed in the larger bedroom and was surprised to see the size of the bedroom and the large walk in closet. The combined washer and dryer was an amazing amenity with another laundry room 2 doors down. The second bedroom, with the Murphy bed, includes a balcony. We enjoyed our time with the awesome city/park views off the main balcony and the rooftop. This apartment also has its own secure garage with a parking spot which is a HUGE amenity in San Francisco. The call box out front and smart lock on the door was an added security feature for peace of mind. It has a keyless entry that uses your phone/security code and locks automatically after one minute. Everything about this apartment exceeded my expectations.

Staying in L's place was great. Me and a friend were in San Francisco for the summer and we could not have found a better place. To sum up the experience: -The apartment is super nice. It has a very spacious kitchen and dining room area. The natural light in the apartment is very nice, and there's a projector with a ton streaming services available. There are two rooms, one a bit bigger, but both super nice (and the smaller one has a balcony). The bathroom is big, has a great shower, and an automatic toilet. Lastly, there is in-building parking, which is great in SF. -The apartment is in the heart of the Mission. It's a short walk to Mission Dolores, to Valencia Street, and to the entire Mission (including Tartine, Foreign Cinema, Lazy Bear, and more). If you like a good vibe, great food, and fun places to hangout, this is a great spot. -L is honest and kind. He is one message away, and is super helpful if you ever need anything. I highly recommend this apartment!
