Cute and convenient

I just finished up my stay here and it was such a great experience! Barquett was the best to deal with and her little apartment was exactly what I needed. Super convenient to all downtown hospitals, tons of restaurants and bars and lots to do! Barquett was very communicative and the office staff was super helpful as well. 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you for making my first time in Louisville a fun and memorable one!

Great apartment

I love this apartment and I hate to leave but my assignment is up and I have to move on. Lee does so much for her tenant family. She is a phone call or text away. The apartment is fully furnished, all you have to do is move in. Kroger amd Walmart aren't too far and Jewish hospital is close enough so my call is good. I highly recommend Rolling Hills, there is a hammock park behind the apartment. The managers are very much into the residents and have events all of the time. I know you will love Lee and Rolling hills.

Good Location

Very convenient location to work at Norton Brownsboro. Shopping & restaurants nearby. Owner is very nice & accommodating. Quick attentiveness to any questions or issues. Always a prompt response. Quick refund of deposit. Theres a gym for tenants to use at their convenience. Pool for warmer months. Security code entrance. 2 bedrooms, ideal for travel buddies.

Downtown Louisville

The property is very nice. Very clean with nice furnishings. The apartment is well stocked with special consideration for longer stays associated with professional traveler. The unit was very quiet which was great since I worked nights. It almost felt as if we were the only tenants in the floor as we rarely encountered anyone in the halls. The trash pickup is a nice convenience. The pool and other amenities are very nice. Hardly any of the tenants utilize the pool so we almost always had it to ourselves. Plenty of restaurants,shopping,and entertainment nearby. The city is very walkable. The only inconvenience I can think of is having to set up for and pay an additional $60/month for parking. It would be nice to not have the extra expense but theres no assigned parking for tenants thats included. The property owner is a gem. Very friendly and accommodating and truly goes above and beyond for her guests.
