Spacious private studio

I had a wonderful stay at this place - 5 months. Clean and modern. It's located on a quiet dead end road in a nice neighborhood. Landlords live above in main house. Nice young couple. I never heard them and they never heard me. I probably saw them less than 15 times in passing in the 5 months so it's super private. Holly and Marshall and super nice and both quick to respond and super helpful. The place is clean. It doesn't seem like it's been lived in a lot. There's very nice clean wall to wall carpeting. Internet works perfectly, there's a router down here. Smart TV, lots of lighting and great heating. And the place stays very cool in the summer :)

Quiet, Private, Outstanding!

I had an excellent experience staying here. In fact, I extended my stay several times because I loved it so much! The location is very accessible, and the unit has it's own porch, private entrance, garaged parking, and a quiet backyard space. The home is also located in a very low-crime area, so it's perfect for those living alone if that's a concern. The owners are awesome people! They're extremely respectful of privacy and communicate very well. Plus, they're so quiet I actually was never sure when they were home! :) I would not hesitate to recommend this space to anyone needing a furnished place to stay at an extremely reasonable rate. 5 stars all the way!

Sublime Stay

Gorgeous location, gracious hosts with great communication and design taste, perfectly furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to nature . The separate access was ace, as the owners were on hand if I needed them but gave me plenty of space to come and go . Really enjoyed the local Chinese American restaurant just a 15 min walk from the house : Golden Dragon . Close to the hospital and an awesome price point, I really couldn't have asked for more !
