Cozy 1 BR Condo

Loved this Place!

I stayed here for three months while completing my fieldwork rotation for school, and it was such a wonderful experience. The place itself is incredibly cute, cozy, and felt perfect for both me and my small pup. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of stores nearby and easy access to the airport. My landlords were amazing—very caring, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend staying here. You truly won’t regret it!

Great stay, centrally located!

I stayed here for three months and had a wonderful experience. The space was cozy, comfortable, and felt like home right away. Everything was well-maintained, and I didn't run into any issues. The property was fairly quiet, with the occasional murmur of children playing in the snow. I never had any issues with neighbors and always felt at ease. Also, the location is incredibly convenient to everything in Reno, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area without long drives. Debra is a fantastic landlord. She is easy to communicate with, flexible, and always helpful. She made the entire experience stress-free.

Fantastic Stay

I stayed at the property for over a year and had a wonderful experience. The landlord, D, was always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. The location is fantasticclose to everything you need, including local shops and grocery stores. Even includes a covered parking spot. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Positive stay!

Spent 5 months here and was a good experience. Everything in the unit worked well with no issues and all other essentials were provided. Area was safe and quiet. D was very responsive and reliable. Would recommend this place!

Very cozy condo

The condo was very cozy and had all the amenities I needed. Very fast internet connection and in a great location that's close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay there again in the future.

A very cozy Condo that is close in prime location!

I stayed in this property for more than 3 years! The landlords (D & J) were willing to accommodate with me for not just months but 3 years stay between my jobs and the place could not have been more perfect. The space was clean, included all the necessary items for a furnished condo (as well as additional thoughtful touches), stayed dark and quiet while working nights/sleeping during the day, and had convenient roof parking. The apartment is located in upstairs level and has its own stove-top oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, spacious bedroom with a comfortable mattress, spacious bathroom, and an awesome couch in the living room. It may be important to note that you do walk through laundry area which is nearby, but it did not matter at all. You will have keys on the condo, as well as your own mailbox and laundry altogether. I highly recommend this place! The pictures are accurate of the space. The landlords treated me like a family!

Excellent Place and Great Landlords

This place is so comfortable, cozy, and clean. It had everything I needed. I felt safe. The landlords are amazing people, and were very quick to get a couple of things fixed in the apartment when they were not working properly. If you have any questions or concerns, they are more than willing to help out any way they can. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place.
