The realtor was very upfront with pricing and terms for the stay and kept regular communication through out my three month stay in Little Rock for my contract. We had an issue with the second contract as I wanted to stay there longer but didn't need too due to contract cancellation. She returned proration for the days I didn't use and security deposit as well after checking things over with no hassle. The property is well kept and the backyard and back patio is a god send for those nice days I even watched the rain on occasion back there. The carport can cover a vehicle and you'll have enough space to park another in front of it. Also two cars can be parked on the curb without obstructing traffic. Great location by the hospital , grocery stores and gyms. Quiet neighborhood and a super cool owner who I helped put some stuff up when he came by. All in all I would definitely recommend. Price is great and offers more than other homes priced above it. 5/5!
