Nice little condo in a great location

Well stocked little condo in a great walkable area, super close to my hospital and had everything I needed for the 3 months I stayed there. Landlord was incredibly responsive whenever I needed anything and took care of everything ASAP. Made my first furnished finder experience very seamless!

Amazing Condo with a Perfect Location!

I stayed here for 3 months on a travel contract at UCHealth. The drive to and from work was less than 20 minutes which was perfect. The location is within 15 minutes of downtown which was extremely convenient. Also, the condo is within walking distance of Cheesman Park! The condo itself has everything you could ever need for a short term stay. The washer and dryer are on the bottom floor but they are nice machines and it was never an issue. The condo comes with a parking spot as well! The rent was a little higher than I wouldve liked but I truly believe that the location makes it almost worth the cost. Overall, A is a PHENOMENAL landlord and was always available when I needed her (I got locked out late one night and she didnt hesitate to bring an extra key right away to let me in!) Definitely a 10/10 experience and Id highly recommend staying here to anyone that may be interested.
