Desirable Condo Centrally Located

My husband and I stayed at As for 3 months for a traveling assignment and her home is extremely clean, well stocked and is in a convenient and safe location. It felt like home already on our first day and was sad to leave. The best part of our stay was A. She was such a blessing and made our stay so comfortable. A was easily reachable with any questions. Thank you again for allowing us to be your guest without any hesitation we will be back if ever in the area. The home and host is superb and a must stay!!

Lovely Home and Location

We needed somewhere to stay for two months while we waited for our new home to be available. This condo totally met our needs. It is completely furnished (even including very welcoming snacks). It has everything you could possibly need to live comfortably for months. We work remotely so it was important to have a very organized and well-supplied home we could function in immediately. The internet worked well; as well as all the appliances. We even enjoyed getting to know the very nice neighbors who were all very friendly. The owner of the condo is very professional, warm, kind, and approachable. We felt very welcomed into her home. If ever we need somewhere to stay, we would definitely return here.

Perfect 3-Month Stay!!

I rented this property for 3-months while my new home was being renovated. It was a great experience all the way around. Adda was very attentive and prompt with any questions I had during my stay. The location is near to everything that you will require. Stater Brothers and Starbucks are within walking distance and great restaurants to visit nearby (and inside of 5-10 minutes driving time)! There are also many fun options to choose from and all within 15-30 mins to drive to: hiking at Whiting Ranch; Laguna Beach area; shopping at Irvine Spectrum; bicycling at ONeill Regional Park; and Wild Rivers Water Park, just to name a few. Everyone I came across while staying at the property were genuinely friendly and helpful and it is nice and quiet at this location. Id highly recommend renting this condo if youre looking for a crystal clean property in the heart of Orange County!

Awesome place for the summer (:

I rented here for a short contract in Mission Viejo and it was awesome staying here! Starbucks walking distance, short drive to great restaurants in lake forest and only about 15 minutes from where I was working. About a 20 minute drive to Laguna Beach on a beautiful canyon scenic road, and kinda cool that its only about 30 minutes from Disneyland and LA! Great central location to drive to Laguna Beach, LA, Temecula, and San Diego (: the condo is super nice, very clean and cozy, the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming, I felt very safe staying here. A is an awesome person to rent from, she is so kind and always available with a quick text. Great place to stay if you're working in the Orange County area. I would definitely come back to rent if I take another contract in the area!
