Exceptional Stay with a Thoughtful and Kind Host

I had an absolutely exceptional stay! Colleen was incredibly kind, going above and beyond in every way. The condo itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and Colleen has truly thought of every detailincluding blackout curtains, which made it a breeze to sleep during the day for my night shifts. I loved the nearby trails, and the location is very convenientclose to the highway and grocery stores (including a Trader Joe's!), and with public transit available. Thank you, Colleen, for your warm hospitality and for creating such a comfortable, welcoming space!

Sanctuary Deck with Calming Water Fountain and Natural Views

Colleens condo was beautiful and perfect for me and my situation , going above and beyond my expectations!! She was very flexible and accommodating to any needs I may have had. She keeps her condo very clean and tidy and takes great pride in her home! Her pics definitely do not show case her condo, therefore, you will be pleasantly surprised !! Ms Miss ( the real boss of the home :) ) is very sweet and loves your attention, frequently enjoying the beautiful main deck and water fountain with me on my days off or prior to leaving for work. There are many natural pathways for hikes or walks in the area. I frequently loved to ride my bike down to the local village to enjoy the weekly Saturday Farmers Market and or a sunset dinner and cocktail on the deck at the Lake Theater, also partaking in a few movies. There are quite a few steps up to the condo, however, they are manageable if you are in decent shape, which I am not, therefore, if I could do it , you can too !! :) As you can tell by now, I would recommend Colleens condo for your stay while in Portland. Perfect place

The location is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood, the home has everything you need and C is wonderful. I was always hesitant about roommates and living with someone I didn't know, but C was very kind welcoming and easy to get along with. I was able to settle in fairly quickly and had no issues throughout my stay. If you'll be taking public transportation there are a few bus stops near by with beautiful trails to walk.

I loved it here!

Staying with C went way above my expectations. She is the most effective communicator and you will not have any sense of hesitation in talking to her about things, if you have plans in your schedule where you would need to communicate with her, or anything in general. Even prior to booking, she acknowledged and answered all of my questions. Above all, she will totally understand your situation and she will do her best to meet your needs as soon as possible, if any. C is extremely organized and keeps the place looking fresh, clean, and welcoming. She respects your space and privacy and you do the same as well! On another note, I would say that there are a few set of stairs to get to the main level and if that works out for you, then great! I'm glad that wasn't an issue for me because I felt safe the whole time I was there and being able to come home to that was important to me as a female professional student. I loved it here and I would definitely book a stay here again!

A hidden paradise !

I stayed at 97035 for the month of June to July 3rd. I truly enjoyed staying here as the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. From the linens, towels, the kitchen if i needed to cook anything. To the dinning room where I also could watch tv if needed. I would recommend this place to other travelers as its a hidden paradise ! Super quite neighborhood surrounded by nature. Its also walker friendly and as well easy to get around if one doesnt have a vehicle with them. Public transit is just 10 minutes walk away !
