Best experience!

Had such a great time here! Brandon and his team were amazing hosts! Will def be back when taking an other contract! If I could move in permanently I would! Felt right at home and the view is beautiful.

Perfect Studio

Stayed here for a few months while I completed my internship, and it was a perfect place in a perfect location. I couldn't have been happier. The studio had all the essentials to meet your needs. The host was very helpful and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The view and how close it is to Ruston Way waterfront made this stay perfect. Having no A/C and a washer or dryer wasn't a problem at all. I stayed here from May to August, and it stayed pretty cool with the windows open. I used the North Slope laundrette and it was really easy and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book here again!

Perfect little studio!

I stayed here with my dog for a couple of months after moving back to Washington after just having sold my home out of state. The studio has everything you need! Full kitchen with everything you would need for cooking, spacious bathroom with lots of extra bathroom storage, and a very comfy bed! My favorite part about this studio is the views and the little outdoor seating area. I would sit out there often with my pup and take in the view of Commencement bay. Also loved having Ruston Way and many restaurants in walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe and it's a great neighborhood to walk the pup. Although I stayed in the summertime when the temps were high, not having A/C wasn't an issue for me at all. The studio stayed pretty cool and if you keep the windows open in the morning and night it helps keep it cool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great proximity for shopping, eating and laundry. Close to highway. Great view of the sound.

lovely little home

Couldnt have been happier with this little studio in such a fun part of town! I stayed here for an entire year while I worked and was very sad to leave. B** was an exceptional landlord, very accommodating with my dog and prompt when I needed anything. Highly recommend!
