A lovely stay near the park

D and her husband were such kind and generous hosts. The apartment is huge and has tons of storage space and lots of natural light. I was able to easily host my family for dinner and took full advantage of being across the street from a wonderful riverside park! I was able to work easily with the internet speed (including video calls), and the owners really thought of everything - blackout curtains in the bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, smart TV, shelves and hangars for storage. Free and easy street parking out front - I rarely had to park more than half a block away. In addition to proximity to the park, you are only a 10 minute walk from a wonderful grocery store, and a slightly longer but still easy walk to the Brown Line CTA, and to Albany Park or Lincoln Square neighborhoods. 10/10 would recommend!

A Great Place to Stay!!

This is a great place to stay! I had a clinical rotation in the neighborhood and this apartment was the easiest part! The neighborhood is quiet, the owners are friendly, and the nearby trail provided an opportunity to relieve stress. D and J (the owners) were always a phone call/text away, answered quickly to any questions, and were so enjoyable to have as a realtor. Prior to moving in, the apartment was clean, making move-in a breeze. It was a wonderful place and experience to stay here and I would do it again!
