I absolutely loved my stay here. It's such a cute home located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Portland. I loved being a walk or short drive / bike ride from anything and everything. I rented the bedroom upstairs with the shared bathroom. I'll admit i was concerned about having to share a bathroom, however, there were zero conflicts with bathroom or shower time. I always felt like it was available when i needed it. The landlord's daughter also lives in the house as well as the daughter's fianc; salt of the earth people. Incredibly welcoming, helpful, kind, and accommodating. Thanks for opening up your home to me. I'll definitely miss it there. If ever I take another assignment in Maine, I'd absolutely rent again if given the opportunity. 10/10

Excellent experience.

The Blue room is very spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay here. The room is fully furnished and the bathroom is modern and very tidy. Overall a great place to stay.

Best housing option

I loved living here and would have stayed longer if I renewed my contract again. The room was spacious and had everything I needed like a desk & chair and a recliner chair. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which is a 4 minutes drive from MMC. I could go on for a while, but I'd just say if I'm ever back for a contract in Maine, this would be my first stop.
