Lovely apartment
Such a lovely apartment for my six month stay in Indianapolis. The location is wonderful, walking distance to so many places to eat and pleasant neighborhoods to stroll through. Even though it is on a fairly busy street the home was quiet and I never had a hard time backing in and out of the driveway. The canal across the street provided a very nice walking trail and so close to the Monon Trail. The bed was very comfortable. Everything I needed was included. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great location!
The location on this cannot be beat - an easy walk to everything in Broadripple without being right in the mayhem. It's also clear that it was set up with practical day-to-day living in mind - a good set of dishes, pots and pans along with some kitchen basics like spices. My only regret is that I didn't realize the basement was available for use! Truly a gem of a place to stay, and one that will be top of my list to stay at again when I'm back in Indianapolis.

Very Roomy
Travel for work and this location was perfect. Quick commute and had walkable shopping for food and entertainment. A lot of room inside for spreading out. Kitchen was nice for preparing my own food. Area is quiet for resting.

Great location
Stayed here while on assignment at IU North. House was clean with everything needed for a long stay. Walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, and groceries. No issues throughout the 13 week stay. Property owners were professional and prompt in all communication.

Perfect location
The home is cozy and stocked with all the essentials needed. Location is hard to beat! Close to all the amenities and north Indy hospitals. Would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers!

Cozy place with great location
Stayed here as a travel nurse and it exceeded expectations. Super cozy place with everything you would need. Spot was walking distance so the wonderful monon trail and downtown with lots of great restaurants.
