Wonderful!

What a wonderful place to stay. So chill, quiet, and beautiful. Every morning I got a visit from the hummingbirds and crows while I had my coffee; and in the afternoons two little squirrels would use the garden as a passageway. I very much enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods each day. There are a couple of great coffee shops very near by. Tammis and Gaston are wonderful hosts and the space itself is fantastic. I stayed with them for close to four months and would definitely stay here again. Couldn't recommend more!

Comfortable ADU in a Beautiful and Quiet Neighborhood

I stayed at this ADU for 5 months while I was on a work assignment at the LAX airport. This ADU was perfect for my situation. LA is notorious for its bad traffic, but for my commute to the airport each day it was only about 20 minutes each way which is unheard of in LA. They have a lush backyard and somehow for the entire 5 months there were always flowers in full bloom directly in view from the living area. As a frequent traveler and former lighting engineer, I highly appreciated the lighting in this ADU. Well-lit living area with dimming controls, and the bedroom and bathroom are also appropriately lit. My S/O visited me every few weeks, and they loved being able to walk and bike in the neighborhood while I was at work. A very beautiful and safe neighborhood. T and G were excellent hosts. About once a month they invited me over for dinner, and they were always easy to get hold with text, call, or in-person. I would highly recommend this ADU.
