Cozy & Friendly

This property is perfect for the solo traveling medical professional, especially if traveling with a small dog or cat. Comfortable and appropriately sized furniture turn this small space into a cozy retreat between shifts at the hospital. The private entrance has a screen door that is perfect for the cooler evening air, and there is a small pet door available for access to a side yard. Plenty of hot water, an excellent AC unit, and access to the laundry room made this a perfect stay for my contract. I would definitely choose to stay at Ks house again if I return to Medford.

Sweet Studio

This studio is cozy, clean, and well furnished. The use of space makes it look and feel larger than it is. A private entrance leads to patio space that gives more real living space than you would expect. Theres even a pet door for traveling with a small dog or cat. K has thought of everything needed for a short-term rental, is very easy to reach and is always available to help with any issue or to provide information. Her attention to detail and making sure I had what I needed were evident on arrival. I'd definitely rent this charming studio again and rate it 6 stars if I could.

Beautiful, New, Sun-Filled

The homeowners built this studio while I was staying in a room in their house. They wanted to be sure the space would meet the needs of traveling nurses/other professionals and took all my suggestions and input seriously through the designing, construction, and decorating phases. When it was finished, I was able to stay here for a little while and enjoy all the thoughtful touches and the sunset views from the kitchen window and patio. I'm sure that other travelers will find this brand new space comfortable and private.
