Loved my stay!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this property! It was so close to downtown, I often took a walk through the gorgeous neighborhood to visit coffee shops or restaurants. The unit came prepared with everything I could think to need. I love cooking and baking, and was nervous about not having a full kitchen, but the hot plate and toaster oven worked wonderfully for all my needs! I was here for 3 months, and had no troubles with the property the whole time. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Raleigh!

Great place for a short-term stay

Great place for a short-term stay or as a transitional home for a few months during relocation. Everything looks the same as in the photos and the apartment is thoughtfully designed to make use of the small space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with lots of beautiful historic homes and easy access to downtown. The owners are responsive and available to fix any problems that might arise. Not an ideal space for more than one person, but could work for a couple if you are not both around the house during the day. Fridge is small and kitchen is basic (no full oven or stovetop) but it's definitely possible to cook simple dishes. Overall, this was a perfect temporary spot while searching for a long-term rental.

Would stay here again

This place is prime location. Safe area and easy walk to downtown. The place is just like the pictures very cute and clean and the bed is so comfy! Would highly recommend this place again!

Historic Oakwood

Well appointed unit and great location! Very close to WakeMed Raleigh and downtown Raleigh. The hosts are wonderful people and very easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.
