About the landlord

I am a retired teacher and my husband retired from Home Depot and is a jack of all trades. We also live on the two-and-one-half acre property and have loved living on the Alafia River for forty years. We value our privacy and give our tenants privacy, but are near if you have a question or problem. We have an RV and have been to 47 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and North Dakota are still on the list. Because we love the outdoors, our son inherited that love and works for the county parks system.
