Felt like Home

I feel so lucky to have found this property! It truly felt like home. It had the necessities plus more! Kitchen very well stocked. Place was SO CLEAN which is huge for me. Garage was a huge plus as well. Quiet area of town. 12 minutes from UIHC! Can't beat it. The owners are genuinely good people who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They offered to get a bed for the second bedroom and that allowed me to have friends and family visit. When the TV was on the fritz they immediately bought a new one and delivered it. I could go on and on. Seriously stay here if you are working in Iowa City, you won't regret it.

Comfortable and Quiet

C was very sweet and understanding! The house itself was nice, clean, and quiet. I do recommend this place for anyone to stay! Its about 10 minutes away from the university so youre very close to everything.

Fantastic Place to Live

My husband and I stayed at this place for the summer and we highly recommend it to anyone coming to Iowa City. The condo was much larger than we were anticipating and had everything we needed. Kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and everything worked great. The on-site gym was also a big plus and has everything you need for a good workout. It is a bottom floor apartment, which we loved, and the best part was we could rarely ever hear the upstairs neighbors. The location itself is very safe and quiet. It is also a very short drive to downtown. But by far the best part about this place is the landlords. Connie and Mike are AMAZING! Super responsive to any question we had and solved any issue extremely quickly. We loved our time in Iowa City and at this condo.
