Courtney's Cottage- Boarding House with private rooms/ensuite bath .4 from KUMC

five stars

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. The landlord was always respectful and friendly. The home was well-maintained, and the location is very convenient for healthcare professionals, as it is close to KU and St. Luke's. Another highlight is the weekly cleaning service. A cleaning lady came every week to clean the kitchen and living room, helping keep the common areas tidy and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Quiet professional environemtn

This rental property excels in efficient space design, cleanliness, and security, ensuring a comfortable living experience. The well-designed rooms appear larger than the exterior implies, and a dedicated cleaning crew ensures common areas, including the kitchen and living room, are well-maintained. Although there's a quiet ambiance, occasional ambulance sounds are the only disturbances. The security system, with a smart lock, enhances peace of mind. High-quality furnishings enhance comfort, and the accessible, responsive landlord contributes to a smooth rental process. Its location is ideal, being within walking distance of KUMC and a 15-minute walk from the campus gym, while Walmart is just a 3-minute drive for groceries. Ample parking space out front with private space for 4 vehicles out back. The spacious living room, equipped with board games, offers relaxation and entertainment opportunities. Overall, this rental beautifully balances tranquility, convenience, and quality living.

Clean as my own home

I highly recommend staying at Courtneys Cottage. Peaceful and quiet and a perfect room. Just a short drive into town and was exactly what I needed. Its a newly renovated place and everything is brand new. It was nice to be the first to sit on the toilet. Im a travel nurse and I have been traveling for a while, but this was by far the best room I have ever rented.
