Wonderful property!!
The landlord was so easy to work with and always got back to us very quickly. We had the top floor and it was perfect for us commuting to Ochsner Main campus. Its a very quiet neighborhood and felt extremely safe. They put black out curtains in the bedrooms and have the best mattress pad on both beds. We were their first to live up top, so I think they are looking to add dressers for clothing storage, but that was the only thing we needed. Overall, 9/10 experience and I would highly recommend this property!
