Amazing Stay!

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, called this place home during my travel OT placement at Salinas Valley Post Acute, and we couldnt have asked for a better stay. Erik was an amazing landlordalways communicative, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. The place was even better than the pictures and felt incredibly spacious for a studio. The fenced-in backyard was a huge bonus and gave our dogs plenty of room to play, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with grocery stores and plenty of dining options nearby. It was also the perfect home base for exploring the area. We visited Big Sur, Monterey, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, which was our favorite part of the trip. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again if were ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

Great stay

I had a great stay in this apartment during my contract at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. The commute was easy and Erik is a kind and responsive host. Would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

nice studio, traveler friendly.

My wife and i stayed at this studio while on a 3 month assignment. All amenities needed for a 3 month stay. Has portable A/c. The landlord was friendly, and responsive to texts. Had no complaints. The studio is behind the main house but was never disturbed by the front renters. Highly recommend for a travel assignment. Would stay there again.

Amazing stay, home away from home

I cannot say enough amazing things about my stay here! E*** and his family thought of everything to make you feel comfortable while working away from home. The space looks exactly as appeared in the photos. Very clean and comfortable home with safe neighbourhood! I will be staying here if I am ever back in the area! Thank you E*** and family !

Diamond in the Rough

This studio is awesome, and Im not just saying that to talk the place up. I stumbled on this listing and thought for sure I was gonna get scammed its so nice and so close to Natividad (5-7 min away, I would drive home on my lunch break) and it was available the first day I was looking. I figured it was too good to be true, but it wasnt. The apartment is on the back of the house completely private and gated. The area seemed sketch at first glance, but the neighborhood is great, never had any issues at all. The neighbors wave driving by are are very friendly, and cameras around premises. The apartment was spotless moving in, but the best part is moving out, you dont have to clean, they have a cleaning service that takes care of it. It was awesome to just be able to pack/leave and not have extra stress worrying about cleaning too. Landlords are super nice, let me extend, helped me with WiFi and other various things, super responsive, but gave me my space. Best rental in 6yr traveling!
