Highly recommend

I've been at Jessies property for about six months while on a contract at Tacoma General, and it's been a great experience. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute commute to the hospital and about five minutes from the highway, making it easy to get anywhere in Tacoma. The neighborhood feels safe and is perfect for walking. My dogs and I especially loved having the nearby school track. The house is well-equipped for an extended stay, and the spacious backyard was ideal. I also appreciated that Jessie kept up with the lawn care. Jessie is an excellent landlord- responsive, helpful, and genuinely attentive to her tenants needs. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay!

Wonderful stay

I stayed here while on assignment at Auburn Medical Center and it had all I could think of while away from home to be comfortable - ample kitchen space and all the gadgets to cook at home, a comfy bed, a grill in the fenced in backyard, a garage for the car and bike, and lots of windows with natural light that my cat also loved (I could keep going). The neighborhood is quaint, with friendly neighbors around. I lived here solo and felt safe. It did take 30-35 minutes to get to work, depending on traffic. If youre working at any of the hospitals in Tacoma, the commute would be a breeze. I loved the proximity to everything in Tacoma and the I-5 access. It was also an easy 30 minute drive to the airport. Jesse is so friendly and approachable with anything as well!

Jessie is such a great host! We enjoyed our stay here very much. She was very responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Very homey vibe. Perfect for roommates. I felt safe and the drive to different locations around Tacoma was perfect. The landlord is always a text or call away and is very respectful. Highly recommend renting.

Great stay

I had a a great stay at J place! Very cozy in a quiet neighbourhood. 8 mins drive to SJMC. J was a great landlord. Shes very considerate and quick to respond. I would recommend her place for anyone planning to take a long contract in Tacoma.
