I stayed at this rental property during the month of March and it was well maintained, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Landlord was responsive. It isn't far from UVA (in case of travel workers). It also has a shopping plaza within walking distance to get groceries. Overall I would recommend this property!

Perfect Stay

I was beyond thankful to have reach out to Rochelle about this property. She is wonderful! Professional and easy to communicate with as she responds to texts quickly. I had an amazing stay at this cozy, safe, and fully furnished condo! As a travel nurse, finding a place that feels like home is so important, and this rental truly exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculate, well-stocked with starter items that might be needed, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation after long shifts. The location was perfecta short 15-minute drive to UVA Hospital, the stadium, and the 11th Street Garage. This condo felt like my oasis, and I would recommend it to other travel nurses or anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Id happily book this rental again for future assignments!

This was an exceptional property. Very clean, spacious, great area for shopping, groceries and nails walking distance. R is an excellent landlord. I had a minor issue with the toilet and the heat and the next day she sent someone out. They fixed it right away and I had no other issues. I highly recommend this property. Easy drive to UVA, maybe 7 minutes. I stayed at this property for almost 9 months. I had a pleasant experience

Room Review

This cute condo is super close to shops and eateries. Rochelle was an amazing host. Whenever something needed to be done around condo, she was very prompt at getting it fixed. Nice area, would recommend staying here if youre going to Charlottesville
