perfect for travel nurses

Unit 3 was the perfect apartment for two travel nurses! Quad plex building with 1 off-street parking spot (very easy to get temp permits for on-street parking). Near the university but on the more residential side of the neighborhood - no street noises to wake up night shift workers. The huge porch is a game changer, so nice to sit outside under cover or to have the slider doors open to let in a breeze. Bedrooms were cozy and had nice linen and mattresses. Smart TV's in each room! Kitchen fully stocked with all pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils and cook wares you might need. Microwave, toaster, and coffee maker included (we only brought a crockpot and air fryer for personal preferences). Shower has great water pressure. Pat (landlord) was easily accessible for any question or concern about the unit or property. We had great communication with him. Close to UW and Seattle Children's. We are both seasoned travel nurses and this is one of the better locations either of us has lived at!
