The owners are good people. Very responsive to needs, great to talk to. Location is very ideal, close to the major areas of Austin (within 15min). They will be my first call if I come back to live in Austin. HEB is close by, close to Domain and Downtown, furnished well, with good sized spaces (I'm very tall at 6'9" and was very comfortable).
Look no further than this place!!! Owners were very accommodating and thoughtful in how they set their home up. You can get to just about anywhere in Austin within 15 minutes or less. If I ever end up in Austin again for work this will be the first and only place I will try & stay.
I want to stay here longer but my next work contract is out of state. Otherwise, I would probably stay at this property in either room even if I didn't have work! Landlords are great. Downstairs unit is great. Stocked with everything you need except your personal items and decorated well. Neighborhood is really nice. I hope to come back. Better than my home base apartment in Houston.

My husband and I just relocated to Austin and we love our time here. We live in a duplex and we are renting out one of the units. We are still exploring the city, but are happy to share anything we have learned with our guests.
