S is an excellent host. Her communication and response time are excellent. The property is at an ideal location. Just a few blocks from the beach, state park, and horseback riding. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are personably friendly. The unit is very clean and quaint. Its peaceful and comfortable. Warm in the winter and the beds are very comfortable. The appliances are up to date and S has everything one would need to feel comfortable. She even has a patio set to relax outside. I highly recommend staying here.
