pleasant experience
Enjoyed staying here overall while on assignment at HH. On street parking. Owner is very quiet. No pets and doesn't smoke. Stayed here for 3 months and renewed lease for 3 more months. Only complaint is not much space in the refrigerator/freezer for the number of people(owner and her son+2 tenants)otherwise perfectly acceptable experience. Would stay here again.

3-Month Stay
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this room for three months. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made me feel right at home. The room itself was cozy. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and extended stay. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the hospitality of the hosts. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. It felt like staying with friends rather than in a rental. In summary, my three-month stay in this room was a delightful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Hartford

I cant say enough about R, she is one of the best Landlords I have come across all my years of traveling. I was well treated, the accommodations was so awesome, she was polite, accommodating, and all around a very good person. I appreciated the time, I was there she made me feel very welcoming. I really appreciate staying there as a traveler because she did her best to make me comfortable. I also appreciate the fact that she is not over priced. One fun fact, I wanted a tv in the room ( because I am tv person when I am off) she made that happen without a problem. I love this landlord she was amazing, and I really appreciated her. Peaceful Stay
R is a kind soul. She is accommodating and easy to communicate with. Anytime I needed something, she would have it and let me use it. She has a beautiful garden in her back yard and an area where you can relax in the summer and fall. She grows tons of different vegetables and shares them with tenants. She has a green thumb and is an amazing chef!! I always felt comfortable and welcomed and even extended my lease another month!
