Secluded Country Cottage In the City

Wonderful city getaway!

This place is absolutely wonderful! First, the place itself offers everything you could need. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook, a dining area to eat at that overlooks the woods, a screened in patio that overlooks the woods, plenty of living place for relaxing, a wonderful bed, and the washing and drying machine has its own area and works great. The location of the cottage is unbelievable. You feel like you are out in the country with the wildlife, foliage, and quiet, but you are 15 minutes from Kansas City. All of that being said, what truly makes this place remarkable are the hosts. The G family are legitimately some of the nicest people I have ever met. I would absolutely stay here again and recomment this to anyone who is needing a temporary space in Kansas City.

I love this little house! It is beautifully restored and charming. It's furnishings of excellent quality and add to the charm. The cottage has everything you need. I wish I had reason to stay longer. The owners are friendly and helpful and really know the area.
