Feels like HOME

We have had the pleasure of staying at this adorable home for approximately 5 months. The landlords are genuinely two of the kindest people we have met. They are extremely attentive/responsive, accommodating. We rented this property site unseen and I am so grateful that we did. We were blessed to call this our home while looking for more permanent residency here in Prescott. When we first arrived I knew we would love it. It was super clean, equipped with any and everything you could need, and it just feels warm, inviting and cozy. Very peaceful. We love the backyard views and space it provides for our daugther and two pups. It has the most beautiful outdoor space with lighting and patio set. It is located in close proximity to everything. Grocery stores, leisure shopping, downtown/courthouse area, resturaunts, YMCA, hospital, Watson Lake and so many other beautiful places for hiking, fishing or spending time with family. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It has been such a blessing to our family.

Great House

We loved staying at this wonderful home! House was fully furnished so we didnt need anything, which was exactly what we were looking for. The homeowners were very responsive and nice. Everything was clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We couldnt have asked for a better rental or landlords during our stay in Prescott! T and C were wonderful! Very responsive and accommodating. The house is cute, comfortable, and furnished with all the things you could need. The patio and back yard were great for our dog plus theres a doggy door! Climb up the hill behind the house for a spectacular view. The only difficult part for us about this property was the busy road it faces. It can be noisy and take time to get in and out of the driveway. Otherwise the home is in a great location. OnIy a few minutes from YRMC West, Walmart/grocery stores, and downtown Prescott.
