Resort and luxurious living in downtown Miami

Really nice place. I would stay again. Notables: 1. The owner can be trusted and will FaceTime with you prior to signing a lease or sending a deposit if requested. The owner is also very responsive to any questions. 2. I received my security deposit back quickly. 3. The location is amazing and gives you flexibility to explore Miami. 4. The pictures are generally accurate. There's currently some construction going on by the HOA (not specific to the unit). Consequently the larger pool area of the two offered are shut down. The unit's balcony is also shut down by the HOA due to the construction. My understanding is the closure of the pool area/balcony is supposed to be concluded by August 2026. 5. No crazy neighbors on the floor. 6. There is a high rise being built the next block over. This unit does NOT have any blocked view due to same, and the noise from the construction does NOT reach this unit. 7. Internet is fast and reliable 8. All the appliances work great. Overall 10/10

Beautiful Apartment in Downtown Miami

Amazing apartment located in the Downtown neighborhood of Miami. Right across the street from Bayfront Park and walking distance from Kaseya Center. Apartment is bright and clean with updated furniture. Lobby attendants are always friendly. Common areas (pool, gym, etc) are well maintained. Vivian is very responsive and accommodating!

Gorgeous Apartment, Great Location

I stayed at this luxury apartment for several months and was amazed by how beautiful it was. Not only is it located in the heart of downtown Miami, in a bustling city center, it also had such a relaxing interior with amazing amenities. You'll have access to a full gym, sauna and spa area, as well as the several refreshing pools to swim in. The apartment comes fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including bedding, kitchen utensils, and a washer and dryer unit. There's also a CVS located right outside the front lobby that's open 24 hours, which I found very convenient. It's an extremely safe area to be, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful park. The landlord was so accommodating and helpful. It's also not a far commute to local hospitals (if you are a traveling nurse or medical student/resident). I'd highly recommend staying here!

Excelente apartment con la vista de la piscina. Muy bello y bien localizado. Cerca de shopping y restaurante. El lobby es lujoso y tiene un gym con todos los equipos y sauna con jacuzzi. Me e quedado en dos de esta duea apartamentos y los dos son excepcional.
