My stay was wonderful from start to finish. I always had hot water, heating, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient and centrally located. Stacy is a wonderful host who genuinely cares about her guests' well-being and is always willing to help with anything you may need. I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Great place, great landlord

The place itself is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The landlord is extremely kind. He was flexible with my stay duration and even helped me out with rides to and from the mechanic when my car had trouble. Nice place, nacer landlord. And the price is phenomenal. Would recommend.

Fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay. Landlord is great and super helpful! Felt safe in the area and is super close to several hospitals. Quiet location if working night shifts and need to sleep during the day.

Cute & Cozy

Apartment is safe, comfortable, and clean. True to pic and videos. Has all the necessities to live. Owner is friendly and helpful, available if and when needed. Would definitely stay again if the need arised.

Quiet, private, and a perfect size

This space is fantastic, and well looked after by the homeowner, S. It's quiet and cozy - and I really appreciated the private parking place for my vehicle as well as private entrance in to the basement apartment. Whenever I needed anything at all, S was incredibly attentive and understanding and often went well beyond what I requested in efforts to make my stay more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to any individual (or a couple if they're very close to one another) as it's a smaller and more cozy spot - but if you don't need a ton of space, and enjoy the touches that remind you of your home all while valuing your privacy and have an attentive homeowner near by - you really cannot beat this for the location and price.
