Awesome Condo

I stayed in this condo for three months and absolutely loved it! S is a great, responsive landlord who answered any questions that I had. I like the walkability of the location and the fact that parking is included. I would certainly recommend this space to anyone looking to integrate into the city. Thanks for everything S!

Awesome apartment and location

Awesome apartment clean well equipped for longer stays. My wife my daughter and I stayed here for 5 months, and it was the perfect location, a short walk to the Metro station to get you anywhere in the city you want to go. Very close to the Union Market with great restaurants and bars. Many restaurants are only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There are two grocery stores within a 5-minute walk of the apartment Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's and a wine boutique downstairs on the corner. The owner is a fantastic human being and was super responsive to our questions and requests during our stay and kept us informed about building maintenance that was coming up that might interrupt our day as well as providing us with many excellent entertainment and restaurant recommendations located close to the apartment. The internet at the apartment is excellent for remote work as well. Truly a trifecta, a great well-equipped apartment in a great location and a fantastic owner. Highly recommend!

Great and modern apartment

This apartment was very modern and beautiful. Im a travel nurse and the hospital was very close. Location was close to everything! S was very quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend.
