Great, affordable studio in a great location!
Loved this studio. Its a back house unit so you have a lot of privacy and own separate entrance. Full kitchen. No laundry unit but A mentioned that she is going to try to set up some sort of laundry service. Laundromat i used was about a 3 min drive. Location is great- i always felt safe. Its within walking distance to the grove/ farmers market, a Trader Joes, and a whole foods. Parking is street parking with permit, and i never had an issue finding a spot on the block. I was working in downtown LA, so my commute was 25-30 minutes. Its also very central location to a lot of places, so you could go west, north, or south and most places were a 20-30 minute drive. (Santa monica, venice, etc). Less than an hour to reach Malibu. Overall would definitely recommend!
