A beautiful space with an exceptional host

I stayed here for several months and would happily stay again. The space itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was well-equipped, thoughtfully furnished, and in an established neighborhood where I always felt safe. The location was also convenient and just a couple miles from the local hospital, close to a bus stop, and within easy reach of shopping, grocery stores, etc. But what really made the experience stand out was Cathy, the landlord. She was consistently thoughtful, responsive, and fair. At one point, I asked whether there happened to be a printer available and she went out of her way to bring one over for me. On Thanksgiving, she even checked in to make sure I had food and offered to bring back leftovers from her family’s gathering. Her kindness spoke volumes about the kind of person she is. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with a landlord who genuinely cares about her guests, I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Wonderful cottage!

I had the best stay at Lynn Street. It has everything you need and more, including a really spacious bedroom and closet, a place to work, and a wonderful kitchen. It even has a sweet deck for enjoying the sun. C and her family give you lots of privacy but also check in to make sure you dont need anything. I highly recommend!

I stayed here during a contract at St. Joe's & would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place short-term! C truly had everything I could have needed provided for me & periodically checked in to make sure there wasn't anything else I could use. I felt very safe in the area as a single female & enjoyed being so close to the hospital & other things around town. The place was in great shape & very clean when I arrived & would stay here again!
