Perfection
the perfect place for my contract at Atrium as I could WALK to work everyday which was amazing considering Charlotte traffic! The home is very private and quiet which I additionally enjoyed. The place was walkable distance to a community park and multiple restaurants and grocery stores. I walked everywhere! The place was behind the main house and secured with a private gate with a code locked door which I also loved!! Having the washer dryer in the unit was an additional plus. The landlords were impeccable and treated me like family especially since I was there for so long and away from my family, they made me feel like their own (brought me goodies every couple of weeks and always offered assistance for moving in/out). Parking is free on the street in front of the main house and the cleaning lady came every 2 weeks! If you are looking for a longer term rental, highly recommend this place as security and quietness is prioritized. I'd love to come back!
