Quiet neighborhood apartment
I stayed here for 2 months with my boyfriend for a local internship. We had a great experience here and I would recommend it to anyone! We had some electrical issues because of a lightning strike and Matt was understanding and handled the problems immediately. It is fairly close to both downtown Nashville and Percy Priest Lake, so there is always something to do around the area!

Well maintained and tidy and comfortable house
Spent around two months in the house with my wife. Property is located in Antioch around 25 mins drive away from Nashville downtown. House is exactly same as mentioned in the pictures, hosted by a very sweet couple. It has a very spacious backyard with home grown vegetables by M, owner of the property. House was well equipped with all required furnishings including a set of table chair for work. Kitchen was fully functional with all essential utensils and all. Many grocery stores and restaurants are located nearby within 5 miles from the house. I would highly recommend this place for long or short term stay to any looking for a quiet atmosphere.
