Very quiet beautiful place near to the hospitals

Mariana is the best!!

The pool house was just what I needed for my 3 month stay in Newington. It was well stocked with everything I could need, including some decorations to make the holidays a little more festive given that I don't have room to travel with my own decor. With the extreme cold weather and snow that came throughout my stay, my walkway was always cleared, and some days the snow was even brushed off my car. Unfortunately during the super cold weather some of the pipes in the apartment froze, so Mariana made sure I moved to another one of her units just to be safe and to make sure I had running water without question. She was so accommodating and always asked if there was anything I needed. She got me an over the door hanger for my coats and would even bring packages right up to my door in the backyard. Overall she is just awesome. She has a lot of units and after staying in two of them, they are well kept and clean upon arrival! If I'm ever in Newington again I will be reaching out. Thank you!

Cozy home away from home.

Mariana was the best host I have ever had with short term rentals. She made sure there was never any issues and the house had more things than needed. It was super cute and comfy. The pool house is at the back which allowed quietness and you could also enjoy the wildlife right outside the main door. I couldnt ask for a better stay. Thank you for sharing your pool house with me.

Cozy and quiet

This apartment is super cute and well stocked with everything a traveler might need. Located in a quiet neighborhood, I never had any issues with safety. M and her husband are great hosts and went above and beyond for me whenever issues arose. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

I stayed in this apartment for around 6 months with my dog Maya. It was a great spot and Marianna and her husband are great hosts. They were very welcoming and friendly and always had my dog Maya over to play with their dog Max. The pool was a nice plus for the summer months. Would highly recommend the spot for a solo traveler.

Top Notch

This unit is beautiful. It was my first travel assignment and the landlords made me feel like family. They were there to help me with any questions or difficulties I experienced. Their apartment is decorated to feel like home. The landlords furnish the units with furniture and things that they themselves would like. They even got my dog a toy and bag of treats for when I moved in, and had all of the essentials I could need in the unit. This is the perfect apartment with plenty of room and a fenced in pool area that your dog can run around while you swim. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. More than enough space for a traveler and their dog. Friendly neighborhood too. Grocery stores and everything you could need very close by. Hospital of central Connecticut 10 minutes away. Best landlords around with the most beautiful properties.

Wonderful Experience

There are so many wonderful things to say about this property! First of all, the hosts are amazing, very friendly and accommodating, they made me feel at home from the start. This is the first place I stayed with my dog and we both loved it! My dog loved having a fenced area to run around. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. It is a great area to take dogs/pets for walks. Nearby golf course (nice for dog walk in the off season). While in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, there is plenty of privacy. I would not want to stay anywhere else when traveling to CT.

Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience staying at this property during the month of January! The property is clean and comfortable. The owners are very accessible, but the studio has its own private entrance. It was an easy ~15 minute drive to Hartford Hospital/Connecticut Children's Medical Center in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Highly recommend!

Perfect

This large unit was perfect during my assignment, 10 minute drive from where I worked at. I was the first person to stay here and M provided everything I asked for including a freezer, hair dryer, a dresser, etc. Amazing family and the area is also nice and quiet. M is very responsive and flexible. She really makes sure you feel comfortable while staying here. Starbucks and grocery store within 2 minutes. Great restaurants nearby. Target, Costco, and the mall within 5-10 minutes. Great location. Parking was never an issue. Large TV with Youtube, Netflix, and Hulu. Separate AC.
