Very nice appartment. Walking distance from supermarket Hmart (~5min) or metro station and lots of restaurants around. Nice quiet and safe environment with a gated parking. Owner is very nice, responsive and accommodating. The place is very clean, with nice appliance : perfect for 1 person.

Phenomenal find. Place is super clean and immaculate. Entire place is for yourself and it comes with own gated parking spot. The place has all appliances, and came with dishwasher, stove cooktop, oven/microve. The shower was the highlight! Such wonderful water pressure. It's in the heart of ktown. 15 min to Kaiser sunset and tons of delicious restaurants near by. This unit is part of a 200 unit plus building!

Such a great find! Quiet apartment and location is great. Walkable to many great restaurants. I love that it has gated secure parking and the apartment itself is nicely done. Owners are very responsive and great to work with!
