Lovely property & great value!

T and E were exceptional hosts who made our time in Nashville hassle-free. The space was very clean and well-decorated; and our hosts were quick to respond to any issues or needs, of which there were few. The kitchen was basic but met our needs at the time (it was equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction burner, and Keurig coffee maker). They also offered us access to their laundry room when needed. Proximity to downtown was nice, and the commute was doable from the location. We also enjoyed being near Percy Priest Lake and were within 15 minutes of several options for outdoor recreation. There were plenty of options for grocery/shopping needs nearby, and the airport is within 10 minutes. Tanner and Emily went above and beyond their duties as landlordsfor example, during a 48-hour power outage they were quick to offer to put our refrigerated items on ice when we were away! The property provides a great value, and we would gladly lease with them again.

Perfect for Travelers

The space is clean and has everything you need. Great neighborhood that I feel safe to run in. Wished I could stay longer because the location and price was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. S and E and even JoJo (their dog) were great host! They are friendly and easy to communicate with. Having my own entrance made it easy for me to come and go. I felt like I have my own privacy. Definitely would stay here again if I ever took a contract in Nashville.
