Cozy little studio

Great little private space in a very safe neighborhood. The owners and their little boys were sweet as can be, even inviting me over on occasion, and yet still allowing me my own space. Neighborhood is very family-friendly and walkable if you can stand the heat. But if you're like me and like to stay cool, there's a huge projector screen inside this studio that's great for watching movies and sports games. Definitely enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave.

Houston Studio Katy/Cypress

I rented from the Gonzalezes for a full year and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and it's an easy walk to a good park nearby. Sharing the washer and dryer was never a hassle. Wifi is extended from the main property. The unit has its own split AC that kept things comfortable even in the heat. The Gonzalezes are responsive and were quick to respond to any requests or issues.

Excellent host. Place is really good for short stays. Room is nice and comfortable. Location is close to restaurants and stores.

Great stay!

I had a fantastic stay here! The unit was very clean, was the perfect layout, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood itself was nice and I felt very safe staying here. The host family was also amazing. They definitely went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and to ensure that I had as great a stay as possible. I would highly recommend this property and if I am ever back in Houston I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

This property was the perfect place for me to stay during my time in Houston. Close to anything I needed and close enough to downtown Houston. I really enjoyed getting to know the property owners and their family! They were perfectly accommodating and really made a positive experience for me. Beautiful and safe neighborhood as well! I would definitely stay here again!!

Great hosts and studio!

The property was in a really great location in a nice neighborhood. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need and is really well laid out. All the appliances/amenities worked perfectly and I didn't need to purchase anything when I moved in. It was perfect, private space for my stay this summer and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking a studio apartment. The hosts went above and beyond making sure that I had everything I needed and were great to get to know. Again, I can't recommend this place enough and thanks for a great stay!

Great hosts! A, D, and Baby R where very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. The place was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. It even had a huge projector screen and blackout curtains to enjoy movies. It was located in a community where I felt safe. I traveled alone, so feeling safe was a big priority for me. Location was great as well, with close proximity to shops, stores, and restaurants! I cannot say enough good things about the hosts! They are awesome people in every way! Best experience ever!

Lovely Studio

This quiet studio was perfect for us as we wrapped up our travel placement. We were mere minutes away from major amenities and work. The back garden pond created a relaxing ambiance. We also enjoyed the public walking trails with exercise equipment. A and D were amazing hosts to us, and we got to know them well. They were eager to help with anything we needed and made moving in easy. The furnishings are well-thought-out and perfect for travelers. We loved using the movie projector screen as well as the blackout curtains for privacy. We would definitely stay here again!
