If you're thinking about booking... do it!! Ed is a great landlord. Attentive, kind, and makes sure everything is perfect during your stay. The studio is so cute, clean, and has great kitchen essentials. The yard is huge and so peaceful. Location is also great! Lots of very good local restaurants in Smyrna and only a short drive to downtown Nashville. Highly recommend!

Awesome Landlord
This is an awesome property with everything you could want plus an awesome landlord who is super nice and offers his help in anyway that he can. Overall would recommend as my fianc and I really enjoyed our time here.
